It is true the Father moved on our behalf reconciling us to Himself. However, when we exercise faith in His finished work, the Spirit moves within us to fulfill in our souls and bodies what was wrought by the Father in Christ. In that sense, our faith moves God.
Our faith surely causes the Spirit of God to respond in fulfilling His word on our lips.

"We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak; Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you"
James 5:14-15 (KJV)
"Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the PRAYER of FAITH shall save the sick, and the LORD shall RAISE him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him"
This is how we got saved in the first place, we heard the word, believed and confessed Jesus as Lord, by this, the Spirit moved in us recreating us anew in Christ.
Galatians 3:3 "Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?"
This is how we also walk in the miraculous realm of the Spirit through faith.
Galatians 3:5 "He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?"
There is the side of our redemption that which was wrought on our behalf by the Father through Christ without our knowledge and consent. There is, however, the vital side of this redemption that requires our cooperation and that cooperation is called faith, this allows the Spirit to work within us.
