The Set man and Young Minister by Mrs. Elfreda Onuora

As a minister of God, pray for the young ones who leave your ministry and sincerely from your heart wish them well.
Sincerely desire their prosperity and sincerely desire to see them excel.
Rejoice when you see them prosper. Speak to your heart to be peaceful. Rebuke that offense in your heart because it will limit you... It will weigh you down...
No one who wishes God's children evil, should expect their own children to excel. God is fighting for them so do not think they have no support. You are trading with dark vibrations and its so harmful.
Let your heart flow with blessings. Let your heart be soft and gentle towards people whom the Lord takes out of your circle
Let it never be that your heart grieves because people whom you expect to drown are sailing and soaring...It is so harmful and dangerous to you. You are fellowshipping with darkness...

Stop expecting people to fail because they left you. As long as they love God, they are still on track. And whether you wish it or not they will prosper...
God is testing your heart as each person leaves. He is testing to see if you will release them peacefully into their purpose or if you will trail them with evil expectations...
Men may call you meek, but the eyes of the Lord see our heart movements... He alone knows who is meek.
I have had people leave me and I know I must pray for them and wish them well. I must keep my heart open to them always for fellowship...I should not demonize them and slander them... Colour them to make people withdraw from them so that they will be isolated and frustrated. I don't need that at all. I am harming myself not even the person...
God sometimes takes people out of my life when my vibrations have intensified and they cannot catch up with my frequency. He then begins to bring those who can resonate at your frequency so you can journey together. Once your season changes, your circle also changes. Do not be offended that someone left...
Also, God takes people out when they have an assignment and He wants to set them apart so that they can focus. Sometimes God wants to initiate a fresh work and your presence might be a distraction. So the Lord moves them out.
Refusing a person to make this kind of move is rebellion against God. Once the Father has given you the honour and privilege to raise and equip people, be ready to release them for Him...They do not have to remain glued to you...
It is very possible that God would have some brethren remain with you; but it is also possible the Lord wants them in another place... The joy of every Father is to see their children stand independently... The relationship is still there but the child no longer cries to mentor for every single thing... He has learnt to stand and walk...
If you understand this, you will let people go peacefully....and keep your heart open to them even though they may not be in your circle.
Mrs. Elfrida Onuora
